Kallen
black & grey realism
Born in the Philippines, Kallen first explored art through drawing before taking a break to pursue amateur boxing. After an injury, he returned to his creative roots and began tattooing in 2023.
He specializes in black and grey realism, focusing on precision and depth to create pieces that are both detailed and visually striking. Every tattoo is built to mirror the emotion and accuracy of its reference, capturing texture, light, and subtle details that bring the image to life. He’s particularly drawn to portrait work, something that traces back to his early mentorship and the lessons learned from being tattooed by Noah Bissi.
In his second year of tattooing, Kallen has worked with a range of clients, including professional athletes, and earned his first award at his first tattoo convention. His work is influenced by both European and Asian styles, with a focus on fine detail and lifelike texture.
